Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound sales leads. - Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements. - Pitch and close high-ticket courses, programs, and consultation services. - Recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs. - Follow up consistently with prospective customers and maintain the sales pipeline. - Achieve individual sales and revenue targets. - Update CRM and maintain accurate lead records. - Handle approximately 150–200 customer calls per day through the CRM. - Maintain a target-driven and result-oriented approach.
