Position Overview The Engineering Training Manager serves as the strategic architect of the organization's engineering learning ecosystem. This role is responsible for designing, governing, and scaling a high-performance training strategy to ensure a capable, compliant, and future-ready workforce. Rather than serving as a primary technical instructor, you will act as a strategic partner to internal technical specialists, functional leaders, Human Resources, Quality, Operations, and the Innovation Team. You will own the framework for competency management, certification programs, and knowledge lifecycle management, ensuring that technical learning is fully integrated with organizational scaling and project delivery milestones.
