Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an Ares Service Engineer for all Veterinary and Human Products at Sowar Private Limited. The Ares Service Engineer will install, commission, and configure diagnostic instruments for human and veterinary applications at customer sites. Responsibilities include performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and executing repairs to minimize instrument downtime. The role involves providing technical support and training to end users, documenting service activities, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The engineer will also coordinate with the technical and sales teams to address customer feedback, support demonstrations, and contribute to continuous improvement of service quality.
