Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role based in Bangalore. The Sales Officer will manage and grow sales across assigned channels, including retail, foodservice, and B2B partners, ensuring product availability and visibility. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new leads, building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts, and supporting channel partners to drive volume and revenue. The role involves handling day-to-day sales operations such as order follow-ups, coordination with internal teams for stock and deliveries, tracking performance against targets, and maintaining accurate sales records. The Sales Officer will also address customer queries, gather market feedback, and contribute to local sales initiatives and promotions that align with Naagins brand and growth strategy. Sales Operations experience to handle forecasting, reporting, order management, and coordination with internal teams. Channel Sales skills to work effectively with distributors, retailers, horeca, and foodservice partners. Proven experience in FMCG or food & beverage sales, preferably in condiments or packaged foods. Strong negotiation and basic analytical skills, with the ability to work towards clear sales targets. Comfort working on-site in Bangalore, with willingness to travel locally for meetings and market visits. Bachelors degree in Business .
