Location: Noida Department: Strategic Sales Experience: 48 Years Salary: Up to 15 LPA + Incentives Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader Strategic Sales to drive strategic real estate sales through Channel Partners (CPs). The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, channel partner management, team handling, and business development. The role involves building and managing a strong channel partner network, driving revenue, generating business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage strong relationships with Channel Partners, brokers, and real estate consultants. Identify, onboard, and activate new Channel Partners to expand the business network. Drive sales of premium and investment-focused real estate projects through the CP network. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Develop and execute strategies for Channel Partner Sales and Business Development. Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and project briefings with Channel Partners. Monitor CP performance, generate leads, and ensure timely conversion. Build long-term relationships with key channel partners and high-value clients. Coordinate with internal teams including Pre-Sales, CRM, Marketing, and Site Teams. Track sales pipeline, site visits, bookings, and revenue performance. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities to improve sales performance. Ensure achievement of assigned revenue and booking targets. Candidate Requirements 48 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably in Channel Partner/Strategic Sales. Proven experience in managing and developing Channel Partners. Strong understanding of the Delhi-NCR real estate market. Experience in handling and mentoring a sales team. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills. Target-driven with a strong business and revenue orientation. Ability to build and maintain a strong CP network.
