Marketing & Business Operations Executive Key Responsibilities: Assist the Director in day-to-day business operations and coordination. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, transporters and other business associates. Handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders and follow-ups. Assist in developing new customers and business opportunities. Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers. Support the Director in sales, purchase and business-related activities. Coordinate with accounts, billing, banking and logistics teams for smooth execution of orders. Collect and maintain market information, including steel and iron product prices and customer requirements. Prepare basic reports, MIS and business updates as required by the Director. Follow up on pending payments, deliveries, orders and other operational matters. Assist in meetings, negotiations and other business discussions. Handle other business and administrative responsibilities assigned by the Director. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/BBA preferred. 12 years of experience in sales, marketing, business operations or administration. Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also apply. Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Strong communication, follow-up and negotiation skills. Good understanding of business operations and customer handling. Candidates with experience in steel, iron, metal trading or industrial products will be preferred. Should be proactive, responsible and comfortable working directly with the Director. Willingness to travel for customer/supplier meetings when required.
