Role Description The Field Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur, responsible for driving sales of solar solutions and services in the assigned territory. The role involves prospecting and generating leads, conducting site visits, explaining solar proposals and financial benefits, and guiding potential customers through the decision-making process. The Field Sales Specialist will prepare and present quotations, coordinate with technical and operations teams for accurate project scoping, and support customers during pre- and post-installation phases. Daily activities include maintaining a sales pipeline, meeting individual and team targets, documenting customer interactions, and representing Helium Solar at local events or campaigns. The role requires consistent field travel within Kanpur and surrounding areas, along with adherence to company processes and ethical sales practices. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build trust, and provide clear information about solar solutions. Candidates should possess Sales and Lead Generation capabilities to identify opportunities, convert inquiries into orders, and manage a robust sales pipeline. Candidates should possess Sales Operations skills to handle documentation, proposals, basic reporting, and coordination with internal teams. Knowledge of solar or renewable energy products and basic understanding of project design and installation processes is beneficial.
