Hiring: Camera Image Quality Engineer | Hyderabad We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Camera Image Quality Engineer to join our imaging team in Hyderabad. If you have a strong eye for image quality, hands-on experience with camera testing, and a good understanding of smartphone imaging pipelines, wed love to hear from you! Job Location Hyderabad Joining Requirement Immediate Joiners / Candidates who can join within 10 days are preferred. Experience Minimum 6 Months of hands-on experience in camera image quality evaluation for mobile devices, surveillance cameras, automotive cameras, or related imaging products. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive image quality evaluation and testing for mobile phone cameras.Evaluate key image quality parameters such as:ExposureColor reproductionWhite balanceDynamic rangeSharpnessNoiseTextureAutofocus performanceImage artifactsDesign and execute structured camera IQ test plans across different lighting and usage conditions.Work closely with hardware, software, ISP, algorithm, and camera tuning teams to identify root causes and drive improvements.Prepare detailed test reports and provide data-driven recommendations for image quality optimization.Benchmark competitor smartphones and leading camera solutions.Stay updated with the latest camera technologies, computational photography, image processing, and IQ evaluation methodologies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Imaging Science, Photography, or a related field.Min. 6 months of relevant hands-on experience in Camera Image Quality (IQ) evaluation/testing.Strong understanding of:Camera hardwareImaging pipelinesISP and image processing fundamentalsSmartphone camera featuresImage quality metrics and testing methodologiesExcellent visual judgment and a strong understanding of image aesthetics and user-perceived quality.Hands-on experience in camera testing, defect identification, and quality assessment.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
