Sales Coordinator Location: Pune Experience: 15 Years Openings: 2 Education: Bachelor's Degree in any stream Industry: Automobile / Manufacturing / Packaging Job Description We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support business development, customer coordination, sales activities, and the complete sales process from inquiry generation to order execution and delivery. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities and develop customer relationships. Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads. Assist in inquiry generation through calls and emails. Support the senior sales/marketing team with customer follow-ups. Conduct basic market research. Prepare sales reports and maintain marketing data. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents. Coordinate with customers regarding orders, payments, and deliveries. Process sales orders and maintain records in ERP systems. Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and internal teams for smooth order execution. Track order status and ensure timely delivery. Maintain customer databases and sales records. Support the sales team in achieving sales targets. Candidate Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, MBA Marketing, or a related field. 15 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Business Development, Sales Support, or Manufacturing Sales. Candidates with around 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Strong trained interns with relevant sales/business-development exposure may also be considered. Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, Microsoft Dynamics , or similar systems is preferred. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Experience in industrial marketing, consumables/FMCG, automobile, manufacturing, or packaging will be an advantage. Good knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting is preferred.
