Support database connectivity, drivers, and client integrations. Assist customers with database features, performance, and best practices. Knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, R, or Lua. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative, multicultural environment. Preferred Skills Experience supporting enterprise database platforms. Customerfacing technical support experience. Ability to handle critical production incidents and work within SLAdriven environments.
