Software Tester

About the Role As a Software Tester at FACT Software, you'll be a key contributor to our Research and Development team. We build the best-in-class ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions used across a wide range of industries. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world business operations and collaboration with a skilled, cross-functional team. What You'll Do Work on complex modules within ongoing software projectsApply strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills to real product challengesParticipate in the full software testing lifecycle using modern development methodologiesLearn and deepen your knowledge of our ERP systems and related productsCollaborate with experienced developers and receive hands-on training and mentorship to support your growthWho Were Looking For We expect the strongest candidates to have: 1 - 3 years of FULL TIME EXPERIENCE as a Software Tester and/or QA/QC ProfessionalMUST HAVES: Manual Testing experience Proficiency in SQL and its related sub-types would bring special preference to the profilePreferred Skill: Knowledge of Automation Testing will be an added advantageA critical thinker, quick learner and team playerPrior experience developing Accounting, ERP, CRM or HRMS applications (great add-on)Role Details Compensation: Compensation will range from 2,40,000-4,20,000 annually depending on candidate experience.Location: We require candidates to work onsite at our Indian headquarters in Kolkata.Mode of Interview: Onsite only (we only prefer applicants from Kolkata or surrounding regions but anyone who is willing to commute to our office for an interview are equally welcome)Start date: We'd like a candidate to start as soon as possible after receiving an offer, with some flexibility for exceptional candidates.Job Type: Full-time Compensation: 240,000.00 - 420,000.00 per year Application Question(s): We only conduct Face to Face (F2F) interviews at our Indian regional HQ (Kolkata Office).
