Role Description The GM Franchise Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading franchise expansion and driving revenue growth. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential franchise partners, managing the end-to-end franchise sales cycle, and conducting presentations and negotiations. The GM oversees franchise onboarding, ensures alignment with brand standards, and collaborates with internal teams to support franchise operations and performance. Day-to-day activities include monitoring sales pipelines, setting and reviewing sales targets, analyzing market trends, and providing regular reports to senior leadership. The role also includes building long-term relationships with franchisees, addressing their business needs, and promoting high levels of customer satisfaction across the franchise network. Qualifications Strong Sales skills with a track record in franchise or B2B sales and business development. Experience in General Management, including strategic planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring. Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to resolve issues and enhance franchise partner experience. Proven Team Management capabilities, including mentoring, goal setting, and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to use CRM tools, sales analytics, and MS Office or similar productivity software. Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage. Experience in education, training, or technology sectors is beneficial. .
