Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software. Interpersonal Skills:Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Operational Excellence:Strong follow-up skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Preferred Candidate Profile A customer-centric professional with a natural aptitude for problem-solving.
