RESPONSIBILITIES; Managing all the sales related activity of the company. Handling a high volume of customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of service to each caller. Making follow-up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates. Maintain sales records and prepare sales activity reports and accurately analyzing statistical sales data. Record progress of all customer inquiries, Encourage repeat business by networking with existing customers. Prepare and maintain detailed product lists, including specifications, materials, and design requirements. Ensure product lists are updated regularly and accurately reflect current inventory and production needs. Communicate effectively with the design team to provide feedback, suggestions, and approvals for packaging designs as per customer requirement. Coordinate with printer team and follow-up for print schedules, proofs, and final approvals to ensure deadlines are met. Maintain comprehensive records of all packaging design, including specifications, approvals, and revisions. Manage multiple packaging design simultaneously, ensuring timely and within delivery. Preparation of supporting documents for Exports, as per requirement. .
