We are part of the HFWL ecosystem a portfolio of cutting-edge AI platforms including NeuralClinic Ai (developmental care) and ClariTalk Ai (assistive communication). We are now establishing a new technology hub in Tirupati to accelerate our innovation in AI-driven personalised medicine, and we are looking for passionate freshers and interns to join us on this exciting journey. The Role This is a full-time, on-site position located in Tirupati. As an AI Engineer (Fresher/Intern), you will work closely with our experienced data science and engineering teams to develop, optimise, and deploy AI solutions. You will NOT be restricted to just one platform. As part of our centralised AI team in Tirupati, you will have the opportunity to work across the entire HFWL ecosystemcontributing to FriskaAi (personalised health), NeuralClinic Ai (developmental care), and ClariTalk Ai (assistive communication). This gives you unmatched exposure to a wide variety of healthcare AI challenges. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design, development, and implementation of AI algorithms and models to solve real-world healthcare problems. Work on diverse AI projects spanning traditional machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, NLP, Generative AI, and Agentic AIdepending on the platform and project requirements. Engage in the full machine learning lifecycle, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code (primarily in Python) using mainstream machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, and Engineering) to integrate AI capabilities into our platforms. Stay updated on the latest advancements across the AI landscape and explore their potential applications in the healthcare domain. Qualifications (Must-Have) Bachelor's or Master's degree (final-year students or recent graduates are welcome) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Solid programming fundamentals with proficiency in Python. Basic understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts, with familiarity in at least one major framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to thrive in an on-site, collaborative environment. Must be willing to work full-time from our Tirupati office. Good-To-Have (Bonus) Prior project experience or internships related to AI/ML (in any sub-domainGenAI, Computer Vision, NLP, or traditional ML). Knowledge of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) or domain knowledge in health tech. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker). Awareness of LLMs, RAG, or agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI). Basic understanding of AI ethics and compliance in healthcare. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
