Hiring: Part-Time English Communication Trainers (Remote) We're looking for experienced and passionate English Communication Trainers to join our remote training team! Availability Required (IST)Applicants must be available for a minimum of 4 hours per day (MondayFriday) during these time slots: - Morning: 7:00 AM 12:00 PM - Afternoon: 12:00 PM 6:00 PM - Evening: 5:00 PM 11:00 PM Personal Training Compensation 4 Hours/Day (MondayFriday) - 8,000 12,000/month Excluding incentives and performance bonuses 6 Hours/Day (MondayFriday) - 13,000 18,000/month Excluding incentives and performance bonuses Compensation is structured on a per-candidate, per-month basis for part-time trainers. GroupTraining Compensation Monthly 4 Hours/Day (MondayFriday) - 14,000 16,000/month Excluding incentives and performance bonuses Monthly 6 Hours/Day (MondayFriday) - 21,000 24,000/month Excluding incentives and performance bonuses Compensation is structured on a per-candidate, per-month basis for part-time trainers. Key Responsibilities - Conduct interactive online English communication sessions. - Help learners improve spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, and overall communication skills. - Deliver learner-focused, engaging classes. - Complete 20 sessions per candidate per month (MondayFriday) , including any required compensatory sessions. Eligibility - Prior experience as an English teacher or communication trainer (mandatory). - Excellent spoken and written English. - Strong grammar and communication skills. - Laptop/Desktop with a reliable internet connection. - Comfortable working remotely. .
