Role Overview We are hiring a QuickBooks Sales Executive responsible for handling inbound customer queries and outbound dialer calls. The role focuses on understanding customer issues related to QuickBooks, diagnosing needs, and converting prospects into paid support plan customers. This is not a technical sales role. It is a consultative sales role requiring strong product understanding, accounting basics, and high -quality communication. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound calls from customers facing issues or seeking assistance with QuickBooks - Execute outbound dialer calls for follow -ups, lead nurturing, and conversions - Understand and diagnose customer problems related to QuickBooks usage - Position and sell appropriate support plans based on customer requirements - Deliver a clear, confident, and structured conversation experience - Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM/tools - Ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction (CSAT) - Work across international customer bases including Australia, UK, USA, Singapore, South Africa, and Middle East Requirements Eligibility Criteria (Non -Negotiable) Experience: Minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years of experience in QuickBooks sales/support -related roles Product Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Clear understanding of common user issues, workflows, and product features Accounting Knowledge: Must have a functional understanding of accounting principles (mandatory) Education: Graduate in any discipline (Not eligible: LAW and Hotel Management backgrounds) Communication: Excellent command over English (spoken and written) Ability to handle international customers with clarity and confidence Key Skills Required - Strong consultative selling mindset (problem solution conversion) - Ability to simplify product understanding for customers - High listening and probing skills - Comfortable with targets and performance metrics - Familiarity with dialer systems and CRM tools - Ability to work in a high -volume call environment What This Role Is NOT - Not a hardcore technical troubleshooting role - Not a generic tele -calling role without product depth - Not suitable for candidates without QuickBooks exposure Success Metrics (KPIs) - Conversion Rate (Inbound + Outbound) - Revenue per customer / Plan attachment rate - Call Quality & Compliance - Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Benefits Why Join - Exposure to global customer base - Opportunity to build deep SaaS product + accounting expertise - High -growth role with transparent performance -driven incentives .
