The opportunity IT Procurement Lead - Renewals and Office Infra The job will require to Lead function of Renewal Procurements (like AMC & Support renewals, subscription renewals) and Office Infra procurement (like laptops, desktops, apple products, printers, consumables etc) for NPCI group. Lead the renewal and office infra sourcing teamDrive contract renewals and ensure the renewal before expiryDrive office infra procurements and ensure the delivery on time to minimize the business impactLead commercial evaluation and ensure appropriate price benchmarking & subsequent approval processesClosely coordinate for pre-PO audit closure wherever applicableClosely coordinate for legal closure including MSAs wherever applicableCompliance with IT Procurement policies and guidelines Requirements 6 + Years of experience IT equipment and services procurement experience. Leading & handling team, creating procurement strategy for Renewals and Office Infra procurement Experience on commercial negotiation and contracting process. Stakeholder management, Handling escalations Experience in similar industry involving regulatory audits and compliance documentation .
