General Trade Sales Leader Tamil Nadu Location: Tamil Nadu Role Summary We are looking for an experienced General Trade Sales Leader to drive revenue growth and expand the offline retail business across Tamil Nadu. The role will be responsible for building and managing the distributor and super stockist network, leading the field sales team, and driving distribution, sales, and market penetration across the state. Key Responsibilities - Own General Trade revenue and achieve sales targets across Tamil Nadu. Build and manage distributor and super stockist networks.Drive primary and secondary sales, outlet expansion, and SKU penetration.Lead and develop the field sales team, including ASMs, TSOs, and Field Sales Executives.Plan territory coverage, monitor market execution, and improve retail visibility.Manage trade schemes, distributor performance, and retailer engagement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
