Are you good at talking to people We're looking for a Telemarketer to join our team and help us reach our goals. In this role, you'll make marketing calls and build strong relationships with customers. What We Need: Outstanding at talking to people Friendly and positive at answering customer questions Comfortable talking about our products and services over the phone Willing to help the company grow by finding new customers Your Tasks: Call potential and current customers to tell them about our products or services. Answer questions from customers and give them information. Find out what customers need and do conference calls and fixed meetings. Work with the sales team by passing on good leads. Keep our customer database updated. Process orders quickly and correctly. Handle customer complaints to keep our company's valuable reputation. Work hard to meet your sales goals and set up future sales. Keep detailed records of your calls and sales. What We're Looking For: Experience in telemarketing or customer service A history of meeting target goals, especially over the phone Good at using computers and phone systems Able to learn about our products and explain them to customers Speak English and one or more of these languages: Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi, or Gujarati Friendly and able to stay calm when facing rejection Good at negotiating and solving customer problems Work Schedule: Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monthly Targets: 108 conference calls per month 36 meetings per month .
