Role Description The Sales Development Specialist is a full-time remote role focused on identifying and engaging prospective clients and partners for TheCconnects. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, generating qualified leads, and conducting outreach via email, social media, and calls to promote the platforms interview and feature opportunities. The specialist will nurture relationships, schedule and manage discovery calls, and collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for featured leaders and brands. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up consistently, and contributing to sales strategies that drive community growth and revenue.
