The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in SAP ERP and ERP implementations, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and functional users to deliver successful ERP projects. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into ERP solutions, participating in implementation activities, and ensuring smooth deployment and adoption of ERP systems across business functions. Requirements Key Responsibilities Participate in ERP implementation projects from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live supportWork closely with business stakeholders to understand existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate ERP solutionsConfigure and customize SAP ERP modules based on business requirements and organizational processesAssist in defining functional and technical requirements, business process flows, workflows, and system specificationsSupport data migration, system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), system validation, and production deploymentCollaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, supply chain, HR, procurement, sales, and ITAnalyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvementTroubleshoot ERP-related issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with technical teams for resolutionPrepare implementation documentation, configuration documents, test cases, user guides, and process documentationConduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users during and after implementationMonitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure ERP implementation activities remain on scheduleSupport system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and continuous ERP optimization initiatives Must-Have Skills 2-8 years of professional experience in ERP implementation, consulting, configuration, or supportStrong hands-on experience with SAP ERP and related implementation activitiesGood understanding of ERP architecture, business processes, workflows, and enterprise applicationsExperience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user supportUnderstanding of ERP implementation methodologies and SDLC processesStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional and technical teams Good-to-Have Skills Experience with end-to-end ERP implementation, including requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live supportExposure to Oracle ERP or Oracle-based enterprise applicationsExperience working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP or other Microsoft enterprise solutionsKnowledge of ERP integrations with third-party applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise systemsExperience with ERP upgrades, process re-engineering, automation, and system optimizationRelevant SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, or ERP implementation certifications will be an advantage Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Relevant ERP certifications or specialized training will be an added advantage. .
