Our creative approach and exceptional customer service have established us as a trusted name in the solar industry.Roles&Responsibilities; As the Assistant Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy for our solar rooftop solutions. Your main duties will include: - Leading and managing the sales team to achieve and exceed assigned targets. - Developing and executing effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and accelerate revenue growth.- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and customer preferences. - Building strong relationships with potential clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction. - Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer support. - Training and mentoring sales representatives to improve their performance and skills.- Tracking sales performance metrics and providing regular reports to executive management. Mandatory Requirements To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements: - Minimum of 15 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Strong team management and leadership skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Skills or Education Requirements While the following qualifications are not mandatory, they will be an advantage:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience in solar sales or related industries. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Passion for renewable energy and sustainable practices.Compensation The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of INR 2,500,000 per annum, along with additional benefits. .
