The ideal candidate has experience building learning programs, creating enablement content, managing sales readiness initiatives, and working with enablement platforms such as Mindtickle, Highspot, or Seismic. Key Responsibilities - Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales representatives. Develop sales readiness and product training programs.Create sales playbooks, presentations, learning guides, and enablement content.Conduct training sessions, workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions.Maintain sales enablement content libraries.Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales Leadership.Analyze sales readiness metrics and identify learning opportunities.Manage enablement tools and continuously improve learning experiences.Support adoption of sales methodologies and best practices. Required Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Learning & Development. Experience creating sales training programs.Experience developing enablement content and learning materials.Experience delivering classroom or virtual training.Strong project management skills.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Experience with enablement platforms such as Mindtickle, Highspot, or Seismic.Strong English communication skills. Preferred Qualifications - Academic publishing experience. Library solutions or information services industry experience.Multilingual communication skills. .
