Job Requirements About the Role The Associate Relationship Manager Branch Banking is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of key clients within the Retail Liabilities business. The incumbent acts as a trusted advisor, ensuring superior service delivery, portfolio management, and compliance with branch standards, while contributing to strategic initiatives and enhancing the banks visibility Key Responsibilitieses** Primary ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of key clients by offering need-based solutions to increase their share of wallet.Acquire HNI customers and onboard them into the Privilege Banking Program.Deepen existing banking relationships through cross-selling of products and solutions.Ensure compliance with branch Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain control in sales and service processes.Serve as a liaison between the bank and key customers, providing complete banking solutions, portfolio management, wealth management, and customer servicing.Secondary ResponsibilitiesConduct regular activities in the catchment area to acquire HNI customers and enhance IDFC FIRST Banks visibility.Participate in key central initiatives and actively seek referrals from existing customers.Collaborate with team members and support functions to deliver comprehensive product and service offerings to clients.
