Role Summary We are hiring a Sales Executive to open new B2B accounts and grow revenue across two product lines: rigid boxes (gifting, cosmetics, jewellery, electronics, premium retail) and garmentcovers (apparel brands, garment exporters, retailers). This is a hunting role the core mandateis to build a pipeline of new clients beyond our existing customer base. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new clients for rigid boxes and garment covers across target segments(apparel brands, garment exporters, jewellery, cosmetics, electronics, premium gifting, retail).Build and own a sales pipeline: prospecting, cold outreach, sample coordination,quotation, negotiation, and closure.Meet prospective clients on-site (approx. 57 travel days per month); develop relationshipswith procurement and brand teams.Coordinate with production and design teams on sample development, costing, and feasibility.Track competitor pricing and market activity; report on conversion, order value, and pipeline health.Achieve monthly and quarterly new-account revenue targets.Required Experience & Skills Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, printing, corrugation, garment trims/accessories, or allied industries.Demonstrated ability to open new accounts (be ready to share examples of clients personally acquired).Comfort with technical, spec-driven selling (GSM, board types, print finishes, sizes).Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Fluent in Hindi / Gujarati / English; willing to travel ~34 days per month.Own two-wheeler / four-wheeler.Interested candidates kindly share their CV sonia@alliancerecruitmentagency.com Work Location: In person .
