The HRIS Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing the HR technology ecosystem, focusing on Workday, and collaborates closely with various teams to enhance processes and provide insights for business decisions.ResponsibilitiesAdminister, configure, and optimize Workday, Lever, and other HR technology platformsCoordinate Workday releases, testing activities, and deployment of new functionalityLeverage AI to improve processes and increase efficienciesManage Workday business processes, security roles, organizational structures, and system enhancementsEnsure the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data through audits, validations, and governance practicesDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support decision-makingSupport system integrations, upgrades, releases, testing, and troubleshooting activitiesPartner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to improve processes and drive automationParticipate in HR technology projects, implementations, and change management initiativesCreate system documentation, user guides, and training materials while serving as a Workday subject matter expertSkillsBachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field5+ years of HRIS administration, reporting, and analytics experience3-5 years of hands-on Workday experience requiredExperience supporting Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Talent & Performance, Learning, Absence Management, or SecurityAdvanced Workday reporting skills, including calculated fields, dashboards, and analyticsKnowledge of HR processes, data governance, system integrations, and HR technology best practicesStrong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience supporting system implementations, upgrades, process improvements, and automation initiativesStrong project management, organization, and communication skillsAbility to translate technical concepts into user-friendly solutions and build effective cross-functional partnershipsCompany OverviewWoodard & Curran is an integrated science, engineering, and operations firm that provides water and environmental services.
