Identify what drives results, iterate quickly, and feed learnings back into targeting logic, outreach design, and sales operations. AI-SDR motion. Collaborate with the AI & RevOps teams to build the strategic AI-SDR motion. Requirements A rare blend of a hands-on technical builder and a strategic, sales-oriented operator. 6-9 years in B2B tech sales, including roles in leadership and/or program management of sales development (SDRs) and full-cycle sales (AEs). 4+ years in RevOps or Sales Ops at a top tech company. Coding . Working knowledge of Python and JavaScript. You don’t need to be a full-blown SW engineer, but you can work with AI tools to produce code that runs and works, and debug it as needed. Hands-on experience with at least one AI coding tool (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor). Experience with APIs, scraping, webhooks, data feeds, and other elements of workflows & systems. Experience with Salesforce. Bonus Experience in Outbound / Sales Development. Experience with Clay, Gong, Lemlist, Aircall.
