Track customer responses and share updates with the sales team. Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal stakeholders. Ensure timely communication between sales, marketing, and management teams. Support CRM updates whenever required. Required Skills Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Comfortable with calling and coordination. Valuable follow-up and tracking ability. Basic knowledge of MS Excel. Ability to speak confidently with internal teams. Organized, disciplined, and target-oriented approach. Experience 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, sales coordination, or customer support. Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply. Preferred Candidate Immediate joiner preferred. Candidate should be from Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / nearby location.
