Job Summary The Senior Engineer MEP is responsible for on-site execution and coordination of Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire-Fighting systems, ensuring that all services are implemented as per approved designs, standards, and timelines. The role demands technical expertise and experience in integrating MEP services in high-rise structures using Mivan construction technology. Key Responsibilities Execution & Coordination Supervise day-to-day execution of MEP works including electrical distribution (HT/LT), plumbing systems, drainage, fire-fighting systems, and low-voltage services.Coordinate with civil and structural teams for proper placement of sleeves, inserts, conduits, and shafts before Mivan shuttering and RCC works.Ensure execution is as per GFC/shop drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards. Drawing Review & Implementation Review MEP drawings, identify discrepancies, and provide site-level solutions.Ensure accurate implementation of coordinated drawings for each service.Highlight design conflicts and propose resolutions in coordination meetings. Contractor Supervision Manage subcontractors on site and ensure quality of workmanship and productivity.Verify daily progress, manpower deployment, and usage of approved materials.Assist in measurement recording and work certification for contractor billing. Quality Assurance & Testing Conduct quality checks at each stage of installation.Support in testing and commissioning of electrical panels, pumps, fire-fighting systems, and plumbing lines.Ensure compliance with relevant IS codes, NBC, IEC, and fire safety norms. Reporting & Documentation Maintain site logs, checklists, test reports, and as-built records.Report progress, issues, and deviations to Assistant Manager MEP.Coordinate for timely approvals, inspections, and handover documentation. Qualifications B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringHands-on experience in high-rise residential projects with Mivan construction is preferredProficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic ERP/project tracking tools Key Skills Technical expertise in MEP systems installation and integrationUnderstanding of service coordination within Mivan shuttering constructionStrong site execution, team supervision, and problem-solving capabilitiesFamiliarity with relevant codes and statutory requirementsGood documentation and communication skills .
