Role & responsibilities : 7 + years of IT Experience - Domestic Staffing / recruitment with C2H / Permanent. Manage and nurture relationships with existing domestic clients Act as the primary point of contact for all client hiring needs Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable recruitment strategies Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely closures Monitor delivery performance, SLAs, and client satisfaction Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts (upselling/cross-selling) Handle client escalations and ensure quick resolution Prepare regular reports on hiring metrics, pipeline, and revenue Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with clients Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards .
