Role Description: The Founder's Associate (Business Development and Operations) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. In this role, you will work closely with the founder to drive strategic initiatives, business growth, and operational excellence. You will identify potential customers and partners, manage sales pipelines, conduct market and competitor research, and develop go-to-market strategies for KlimaShift's energy management and IoT solutions.
