Billing & Commercial Management: Quantity Estimation (BOM/BOQ): Prepare and verify accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for steel, concrete, and other structural materials. Contractor Billing & Verification: Review, verify, and certify running account (RA) bills and final bills submitted by structural and RCC contractors based on actual joint measurements in office. Variance Analysis: Track actual material consumption against approved structural designs to identify, flag, and minimize material wastage or cost overruns. Change Order Management: Evaluate structural design revisions and calculate the financial impact of extra items or variations in work for contractor rate approvals.
