Role Overview We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior AI Engineer to join our CrossCore Platform team and contribute to the development of AI-powered solutions, intelligent automation, and scalable GenAI platforms. Key Responsibilities You will be based in Hyderabad and reporting to Engineering ManagerDevelop high-quality software in an agile team, ensuring delivery aligned with our requirements and Agile principles.Happy to work with both traditional software language development, AI, and in-house tooling and products.You will translate our requirements into clean, scalable, low-defect code.Collaborate with teams to design, test, and release software.Contribute to development practices that support continuous integration, delivery, and improvement.Integrate DevSecOps practices into the development lifecycle, using static code analysis and security scanning tools.Maintain clear documentation for code, processes, and system architecture to support knowledge sharing and maintainability.Required Technical Skills Proficient in Java and Python with coding.Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI orchestration frameworks.Understanding of machine learning concepts, model evaluation, prompt engineering, and AI application development.Familiar with AWS and cloud technologies1+ years of experience with REST APIs, microservices, and software engineering best practices.Desirable & Useful Skills Working knowledge of GenAI tools for coding.Familiarity with Python/Scala, Spark, or other big data frameworks.Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).AWS or other public cloud certificationsDomain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA).Familiarity with event streaming/messaging tools (Kafka, EventBridge, Kinesis, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ).Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).Exposure to static code analysis and vulnerability management.
