Role Contour : The Backend Developer is responsible for system functionality. Its function is to integrate the application with all necessary systems and services and provide a clean and easy-to-use API in the frontend. Although his work is often hidden from the user, he has full responsibility for the functionality, performance and scalability of the application. Knows how to write clean, modern APIs, integrate with legacy systems, and work with databases. Accountabilities : Design and develop the business logic and product backend systems. Work closely with frontend developers to design and develop functional, performance and complete APIs. Decrypt existing enterprise software systems and connect application to applicable data sources. Write unit, integration, and performance tests. Develop automation tools and continuous integration pipelines for daily tasks. Develop at high quality, with good documentation and with efficient code. Challenge ideas and opinions to avoid errors and inefficient solutions. Qualifications and Skills : 3+ years of experience as backend developer with experience in Java, Node, Scala, etc., significant API expertise for large-scale apps and performance optimization. Deep knowledge of programming principles and object-oriented engineering (e.g., SOLID, clean architecture). Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB). Integration experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular JS) Effective testing abilities (unit, integration, API) Agile/Digital Experience : Solid understanding of agile methodologies Experience as a developer in a cross-functional agile team Individual Skills : Robust communication skills with the ability to communicate complex nical concepts and align the organization on decisions Solid problem-solving skills to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and effectively Utilize team collaboration to create innovative solutions efficiently Mindsets and Behaviors : Passionate about technology and excited about the impact of emerging/disruptive technologies Wants to unleash the internal entrepreneur and work in an environment that fosters entrepreneurial minds Believes in the culture of transparency and trust and open to learning new ideas. .
