Job Description Agentforce QA Engineer (Salesforce AI) Experience: 5+ Years Location: Remote Pan India Only Notice Period: Immediate Budget: Up to 14 LPA Payroll: Haparz About the Role We are looking for an experienced Agentforce QA Engineer to validate Salesforce AI-powered solutions and Agentforce implementations. The role requires strong QA fundamentals combined with hands-on experience testing Salesforce Agentforce, Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Testing Center, APIs, and Salesforce platform functionality. The ideal candidate should be comfortable validating AI agent conversations, prompts, actions, workflows, integrations, and response quality while ensuring Salesforce security and data-access requirements are met. Key Responsibilities Design and execute functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end test scenarios for Salesforce Agentforce implementations.Validate AI agent conversations, responses, prompts, actions, workflows, and business outcomes.Test Agent Builder and Prompt Builder configurations and associated agent behavior.Use Agentforce Testing Center to validate agent performance and test results.Perform REST API testing using Postman and validate integrations with external systems.Validate Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, roles, and data-access controls.Perform backend validation using SQL where required.Identify, document, and track defects through Jira or Azure DevOps.Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, product teams, and other QA engineers in Agile environments.Support regression testing and quality validation across releases.Candidate Profile 5+ years of experience in Software QA, including both manual and automation testing.Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist Certification is mandatory.Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Agentforce.Practical experience with Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, and AI-agent validation.Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality and security.Experience with REST API testing using Postman.Good SQL knowledge for backend/data validation.Experience working with Jira or Azure DevOps.Exposure to Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress is preferred.Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and AI/GenAI application testing is an advantage.Salesforce Admin Certification, CI/CD, performance testing, or security testing exposure will be an added advantage.Work Location: Remote .
