The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with performance testing tools, scripting, workload modeling, and performance monitoring across enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable performance test scripts using JMeter and/or LoadRunner. Perform workload modeling, capacity planning, benchmarking, and performance analysis. Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Splunk, CloudWatch, or New Relic. Good understanding of AWS services (EC2, ECS, etc.). Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD integration is preferred.
