The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Citrix XenServer and hypervisor technologies, with hands-on experience validating enterprise virtualization environments. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, scalability, and stability of virtualization platforms through comprehensive validation strategies, automation, and defect analysis. You will work closely with development, QA, infrastructure, and product engineering teams to validate new features, identify issues, and improve the overall quality of virtualization solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality enterprise software.
