This role is responsible for lead generation, prospect outreach, sales coordination, client communication, and administrative support to help drive business growth and maintain strong client relationships. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in sales support, appointment setting, lead generation, customer service, or business development who thrive in a fast-paced remote environment and enjoy working closely with sales teams. Lead Generation, Cold Outreach & Pipeline Development Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn, Apollo, databases, and other prospecting tools Build and manage targeted lead lists and maintain CRM data accuracy Conduct cold calls, outbound email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach Run follow-up sequences to nurture, qualify, and convert leads into appointments Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team Track pipeline activity, lead status, and outreach performance in CRM systems Email Marketing, Automation & Sales Support Support email marketing campaigns and outbound sequencing efforts Set up, manage, and optimize outreach automations and workflows Monitor campaign performance, response rates, and engagement metrics Assist with proposals, sales materials, and administrative sales tasks Coordinate client meetings, calls, and internal sales activities Conduct market and competitor research to support targeting and messaging improvements Required Qualifications Experience in cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, sales support, or business development Strong English communication skills (confident on calls and written outreach) Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools Familiarity with email marketing platforms and automation workflows is a plus Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment Preferred Tools HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp Work-From-Home Requirements Laptop/PC: Intel i5 or equivalent, 8GB RAM minimum Internet: 100 Mbps stable connection Backup: Secondary device, internet, and power supply required Why Join SmartScale360 Join a supportive team, grow your career, and play a key role in ensuring patients receive the care they need.
