Who We're Looking For We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Business Development Intern to join our growing sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to learn the fundamentals of B2B sales in the CRM/ERP technology space, working alongside experienced inside sales professionals and gaining exposure to international markets. Interns who demonstrate strong performance will be considered for full-time roles at the end of the program. What You'll Do Assist in generating leads through inbound follow-ups, outbound cold calls, and social media outreach, under guidance from senior team members.Support research on target accounts and help identify key decision-makers.Help schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients.Assist in maintaining and updating the database of potential customers (CRM data hygiene).Support the team in preparing sales presentations and proposal materials.Learn and observe objection handling, pricing discussions, and deal closure processes.Coordinate with channel partners and internal marketing teams as directed.Take on assigned sales/BD tasks and projects, with performance reviewed periodically during the internship.What You Bring A degree (or final year, pursuing) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (BBA/MBA preferred).0-1 years of experience; prior internship exposure to sales, BD, or customer-facing roles is a plus.Strong verbal and written communication skills.A genuine interest in sales, technology, and B2B/SaaS business models.Basic research and organizational skills.Comfort with MS Office tools; familiarity with any CRM platform is an added advantage.Willingness to learn client engagement across international markets (APAC, Europe, Canada, North America).This Role Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: A fast learner, eager to build a career in sales and technology.Confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.Adaptable and collaborative in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.Committed to meeting deadlines and delivering on assigned tasks.Excited to contribute to a company driving global digital transformation.Program Details Duration: 6 months, with performance reviewed at regular intervals.Outcome: Strong performers will be considered for full-time placement at the end of the internship.Stipend: As per company policy.Compensation: 5,000.00 - 10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
