Job Description Job Title - Platform Developer / Technical Lead (Kubernetes & Terraform) Location - PAN India Experience - 8 + years Notice - Immediate to 15 days Requirements: * Lead the design, development, and management of *GKE-based Kubernetes platforms* on *Google Cloud Platform (GCP)* using *Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)*. * Build, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and performance. * Manage *GKE Fleet, Cloud Service Mesh/Anthos Service Mesh*, Kubernetes add-ons, observability, and platform instrumentation. * Design and implement *CI/CD pipelines* using *Jenkins* for infrastructure and platform deployments. * Implement Kubernetes security best practices, governance, compliance standards, monitoring, alerting, and incident management. * Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver platform enhancements, infrastructure automation, and Kubernetes maintenance. * Define and implement platform *SLA/SLO* standards and continuously improve reliability and operational efficiency. * Develop automation scripts using *Python* and manage cloud-native infrastructure with *Docker*, Kubernetes, and microservices. * Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and user story discussions with stakeholders. * Provide technical leadership by mentoring Kubernetes platform engineers, conducting code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and driving knowledge-sharing initiatives. * Review infrastructure changes, ensure deployment quality, and resolve complex production issues. * Evaluate team performance, provide regular feedback, and support career development through coaching and technical guidance. * Solid hands-on expertise in *Terraform, Kubernetes, GKE, Docker, Cloud Service Mesh, GCP, Jenkins, and Python* is mandatory. * Excellent understanding of Kubernetes architecture, networking, storage, security, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-native application platforms. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, adaptability, teamwork, and customer-facing skills are essential. .
