Must-Have Skills - Manual Testing: Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Smoke, Sanity, and UAT testing. - Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Hands-on experience with: - Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar defect management tools - API testing using Postman or equivalent tools - SQL/database validation and data verification - Performance Testing (using JMeter) - Experience creating - Test Plans - Test Cases & Test Scenarios, Test Steps - Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) - Test Summary Reports - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Good-to-Have Skills - Automation Testing (Selenium, WinAppDriver) - CI/CD pipeline knowledge - Azure/Cloud testing exposure - Basic programming or scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, C#) .
