Job Description We are seeking an experienced Software Test Engineer to lead and execute software testing activities across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual and automation testing , a solid understanding of the SDLC/STLC , and the ability to ensure high-quality software delivery through systematic testing processes. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects and ensure quality. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium with java, TestNG, Cypress,playwright with python. Conduct functional, regression, integration,smok,sanity,load and UAT testing. Conduct API testing with Postman,Jmeter Track and manage defects using tools such as JIRA,QA Touch,MantisBT,Bugzilla. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and resolve issues. Contribute to the enhancement of testing processes, tools, and standards. Mentor junior test engineers and provide guidance on testing best practices. Participate in Agile/Scrum/waterfall methodologies and ensure timely and quality releases. Conduct customer presentations/demonstrations and actively participate in client communications, including business discussions, requirement analysis, and testing strategy formulation. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 0-1 years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automation). Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, SDLC, and defect life cycle. Experience with Selenium WebDriver, , and test management tools. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Attention to detail and strong quality mindset. Leadership and mentoring abilities. Excellent oral/written communication(English/Hindi/marathi) and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. .
