Role Overview We're looking for a Salesforce Consultant to audit an existing Salesforce setup, identify gaps, and design a rebuilt architecture to support lead management, sales automation, and CDP integration ahead of two major product launches. Key Responsibilities Audit the current Salesforce org: data structure, user roles, permissions, and existing automations (or lack of them)Recommend and design a system architecture for lead capture, qualification, and nurturing across online and offline channels (Meta, Google, website, walk-ins/experience center)Set up proper user access controls and role-based permissions (fixing shared-login/security gaps)Design and implement email automation and lead nurturing workflowsEvaluate and recommend integration with a CDP (Customer Data Platform) to unify lead data across sourcesAdvise on Salesforce licensing needs based on the rebuilt scopeSupport end-to-end lead lifecycle tracking from lead generation through to booking/conversionWork in a sandbox/staging environment before deploying changes to productionCollaborate with internal stakeholders and prior Salesforce implementers to understand system history before rebuildingProvide a scope of work and implementation roadmap with realistic timelines Required Skills & Experience 4+ years hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud required; Marketing Cloud/CDP experience preferred)Experience auditing and re-architecting legacy/poorly maintained Salesforce orgsStrong understanding of lead lifecycle management and CRM-to-sales handoff processesExperience with marketing automation tools and integrations (Meta/Google Ads lead data, email automation)Salesforce certifications preferred (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or similar)Experience with CDP tools and data unification is a plusAbility to work on tight timelines against real business deadlines (e.g., product launches) Skills: salesforce sales cloud,customer data platform (cdp),data management,salesforce,meta & google ads,crm,marketing automation,lead management,crm architecture,management .
