Job Summary This opportunity is for licensed Real Estate Agents and Mortgage Loan Officers seeking a flexible, independent contractor role. It is designed for professionals who prefer a commission-based structure and want access to tools, training, and collaboration across real estate and lending functions. Key Responsibilities Real Estate Agents: Assist clients with buying, selling, and negotiating real estate transactions Maintain communication with clients and transaction partners Use available tools and resources to support property-related activities Coordinate with lending professionals to support client financing needs Participate in training and team development sessions as needed Mortgage Loan Officers: Assist clients with mortgage applications, disclosures, and loan structuring Evaluate borrower profiles and match them with suitable loan programs Coordinate with real estate agents during transactions Ensure compliance with applicable lending guidelines and regulations Participate in training and professional development sessions Work Environment: Remote and/or local flexibility Independent schedule management Virtual or in-person collaboration as needed Access to CRM systems, onboarding, and training resources Compensation This is a commission-based independent contractor role.
