About the Role We are seeking a Back-Office Automation Engineer (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on business process automation, robotic process automation (RPA), workflow optimization, intelligent document processing, enterprise systems integration, and AI-generated automation content evaluation. In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated automation workflows, RPA bots, business process documentation, automation scripts, system integration designs, and operational recommendations. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for enterprise automation, digital transformation, operational efficiency, and intelligent business workflows. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in RPA, business process automation, workflow engineering, enterprise systems, process optimization, or intelligent automation. Responsibilities - Review AI-generated automation workflows, RPA bots, business process maps, process documentation, automation scripts, and solution architecture. - Evaluate automation opportunities across finance, HR, procurement, customer operations, supply chain, compliance, IT operations, and shared services. - Verify AI-generated recommendations for workflow optimization, exception handling, automation governance, process standardization, and operational efficiency. - Assess AI-generated automation solutions for scalability, maintainability, reliability, and production readiness. - Identify workflow gaps, process bottlenecks, automation risks, integration issues, security concerns, and business logic errors. - Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in business process automation, workflow design, and enterprise operations. - Review peer-developed deliverables to maintain quality and consistency standards. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. - 2+ years of hands-on experience in business process automation, RPA, workflow engineering, enterprise automation, or digital transformation. - Designing and implementing automation solutions for business operations. - Building and maintaining RPA bots and workflow automation pipelines. - Integrating enterprise systems through APIs, databases, or middleware. - Reviewing AI-generated automation workflows and business process documentation. - Identifying automation opportunities and measuring operational improvements. - Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, PowerShell, SQL , or similar technologies. - Familiarity with REST APIs, OCR solutions, document processing platforms, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics 365), and cloud services is preferred. - Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, documentation, and written English communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate enterprise automation solutions. - Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with enterprise digital transformation programs, shared service centers, global capability centers (GCCs), consulting firms, financial services, healthcare organizations, manufacturing, or technology companies. - Experience automating processes in finance, HR, procurement, IT service management, customer support, compliance, or supply chain operations. - Experience evaluating AI-generated automation workflows, process documentation, automation scripts, low-code/no-code applications, or system integration designs. - Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), AI benchmarking, intelligent automation, or AI-assisted workflow optimization is highly desirable. - Professional certifications such as UiPath Certified Professional , Automation Anywhere Advanced RPA Qualified , Microsoft Power Platform Certification , Blue Prism Developer Certification , or equivalent automation certifications are advantageous.
