Key Responsibilities Sales Execution & Revenue Growth Manage and drive all sales activities for promoted company products within the designated area. Actively generate high-quality leads and successfully convert them into sales orders. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets in terms of both volume and value. Lead price negotiations and finalize deals to maximize profitability and business outcomes. Technical Consultation & Value Proposition Effectively communicate and convince customers of the superiority of Labindias technology compared to competitors. Conduct product and machinery demonstrations tailored to customer needs and applications. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets in terms of both volume and value. Articulate and explain the Return on Investment (ROI) and value proposition of the technology to prospective buyers. Educate clients on various product applications to maximize their utility and satisfaction. Customer Relationship & Market Intelligence Ensure prompt and timely resolution of all customer issues to maintain high satisfaction levels. Collect, analyze, and deliver field-level market intelligence, including sales forecasting, competitive analysis, and lost-order reporting, to help shape company strategy. Manage the timely recovery of pending payments within the assigned territory. Reporting & Compliance Maintain and submit accurate, timely reports of daily activities and sales pipelines.
