About the Role We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to design, build, and maintain modern web applications. You will work across the stack from responsive, type-safe frontends to scalable backend services and well-structured databases while following best practices for code quality, testing, and performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js, Vite, and TypeScript Build scalable backend APIs using Node.js (Fastify) or Python Design and optimize MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code Create and maintain unit test cases with good code coverage Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA) to deliver features end-to-end Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner Required Skills Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling (Vite) Solid experience building REST/GraphQL APIs with Node.js (Fastify) and/or Python (Flask/FastAPI/Django) Hands-on experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL schema design, indexing, and query optimization Strong understanding of software testing practices (unit, integration) and code coverage tools Familiarity with Git-based workflows and code review processes Good debugging and performance-tuning skills Strong problem-solving ability and attention to code quality Soft Skills Strong problem-solving abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
