About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and energetic International Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate business opportunities through high-volume outbound calling to prospects across South-East Asia, the Middle East, and the United States for our SaaS products, Mera Monitor and Mera.Work. This role is ideal for candidates with excellent English communication skills and a passion for interacting with international customers. Prior experience in software sales is not mandatorywe provide comprehensive product and sales training to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities - Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective international customers. - Introduce and position Mera Monitor and Mera.Work solutions to potential clients. - Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team. - Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent outreach. - Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM and other sales tools. - Achieve daily and monthly outreach and lead generation targets. - Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through internal training and online learning platforms. Preferred Candidate Profile - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. - Confident, energetic, and persuasive while speaking with international prospects. - Comfortable making a high volume of outbound sales calls every day. - Positive attitude with strong perseverance and resilience. - Quick learner with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and sales methodologies. - Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
