About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation. Meet prospective clients to understand their business requirements and present suitable solutions. Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and sales demonstrations. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups. Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation and negotiations to deal closure and customer onboarding. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer records using CRM tools. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall business growth. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Field Sales. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Excellent relationship-building and client management abilities. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive. Willingness to travel within Malappuram and nearby areas for client meetings.
